David Fischman is a published writer, newspaper columnist and international consultant. He has spent much of his time in recent years researching and teaching topics about leadership, human resources and company culture. He has given conferences and seminars in the United States and many countries in Latin America.
David Fischman is the author of the following books: "El camino del Líder", "El Espejo del Líder", "El Secreto de las Siete Semillas", "El Líder Transformador", "El Líder Interior", "Cuando el Liderazgo no es Suficiente" and the DVD "Liderazgo en práctica". To date, he has sold more than 350,000 copies of books world wide.
His third book "The Secret of the Seven Seeds" has been translated into several languages. His articles have been published the newspapers like: "El Comercio" (Peru), "El Mercurio" (Chile), "La Prensa" (Panama), "La Nación" (Costa Rica) and "The Miami Herald" (United States).
David Fischman is a Civil Engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and obtained his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Boston; both degrees were summa cum laude. David Fischman is a founding member and Vice President of Innovation and Development of the prestigious Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). He is also member of the boards of several business companies and non-profit social support foundations, including Aldeas Infantiles SOS, in which he is the Ambassador.
David Fischman has given workshops about leadership, company culture and personal leadership to more than 100,000 people in the last 14 years, in public conferences and private courses solicited by companies.
David lives with his wife Cecilia and his two kids, Alex and Frances Fischman, in Lima - Peru.
